The accident occurred at around 3:00 p.m. on October 28 on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Ham Tien Ward, Phan Thiet.
At that time, Mr. N.V.T (born in 1973, residing in Mui Ne, Phan Thiet) was driving a motorbike with license plate 86AA - 165.84 from the center of Phan Thiet to Mui Ne. When he reached the above location, which is a traffic light at an intersection, he collided with a car with the "practice driving" sticker, license plate 86A - 123.34, traveling in the same direction.
The collision caused the motorbike to fall close to the median strip, Mr. T died on the spot. The rear of the car was broken. According to relatives, Mr. T was driving a newly purchased motorbike to receive a newly registered license plate, and on the way back, the accident happened.
The Investigation Police Agency of Phan Thiet City Police, Binh Thuan went to the scene to investigate the accident.
