The accident occurred at around 9 a.m. on October 28, at km1715 of National Highway 1, the section running through Ham Kiem Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province.
At the above time, Mr. N.L.V (born 1951, residing in Phan Thiet city) drives a motorcycle with the number 86V1 - 4112 on the road. When arriving at the above location, the motorcycle collided with the truck with the number 86C - 074.00.
The collision caused Mr. V to fall onto the road and was taken to an emergency hospital by an ambulance. However, Mr. V died later due to his severe wounds.
Investigation Police Agency of Ham Thuan Nam District Public Security has examined the scene and investigated the cause of the accident.
