At around 7:00 a.m. on September 12, at the intersection between Vu Quang Street and Le Hong Phong Street, Thanh Sen Ward, a collision occurred between a truck with license plate 38C-194xx driven by driver D.K.C (born in 1995, residing in Thach Lac Commune, Ha Tinh Province) and an electric motorbike driven by Ms. P.T.S (born in 1976, residing in Thach Xuan Commune, Ha Tinh Province). As a result, Mrs. S died on the spot.
After receiving the report, the authorities were present at the scene to direct traffic, identify the victim, and investigate the cause of the accident.
