Initial information, on the morning of February 23, at Vung Tau intersection (through Bien Hoa city), a tractor trailer with license plate 51E-040.78 pulling a trailer moving through Vung Tau intersection (intersection between National Highway 1 and National Highway 51), passing through the border of An Binh ward and Long Binh Tan ward (Bien Hoa city) collided with an electric bicycle.
As a result, the woman driving the electric bicycle, whose identity is unknown, died on the spot.
The authorities were present to verify the cause of the traffic accident.
