According to the report of Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation, the salary and bonus of the manager of the parent company - Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation continues to pilot labor and salary management according to Decree No. 20/2020/ND-CP and Decree No. 87/2021/ND-CP.
The salary of the Board of Members has been approved by the Ministry of Transport in Decision No. 627/QD-BGTVT dated May 21, 2024 on approving the salary level implemented in 2023 of the Board of Members and Supervisors (the total salary of the Board of Members and Supervisors is more than 6.6 billion VND; the salary implemented in 2023 of the Executive Board is determined in the salary fund of employees after excluding objective factors due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, between Israel and the Gaza Islamic Movement, which has been agreed by the Ministry of Transport in Official Dispatch No. 797/BGTVT-TCCB dated January 22, 2024 and approved by the Board of Members in Decision No. 157/QD-HDTV dated March 29, 2024 (the total salary fund of employees and the Executive Board is more than 1.1 trillion VND).
According to the introduction of Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation, the corporation is a state-owned enterprise, organized and operated in the form of a single-member limited liability company with 100% of charter capital held by the state in accordance with the provisions of the Enterprise Law, relevant laws and the Charter of organization and operation of Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation.
The Corporation has legal status, its own seal and logo and is allowed to open Vietnamese Dong and foreign currency accounts at the State Treasury, domestic and foreign banks in accordance with relevant legal provisions.
Own capital and assets, responsible for debts and other financial obligations with all of its assets. The charter capital of the Corporation is more than 3.8 trillion VND.
The Ministry of Transport is the state ownership representative agency assigned by the Government to exercise the rights, responsibilities and obligations of the state owner towards the Corporation in accordance with the provisions of law.
