On the morning of May 25, the first working day of the week, the number of vehicles circulating through Dien Bien Phu intersection towards the center of Ho Chi Minh City increased sharply. This is the third day of applying the new traffic diversion plan, which is to remove the roundabout traffic plan and switch to traffic light regulation.
Recorded at about 8 am, the flow of motorbikes and cars moved in a row from Hang Xanh intersection towards Dien Bien Phu roundabout. Although the density of vehicles was high, the vehicles still maintained a steady pace of movement without experiencing traffic jams or local congestion. In the roundabout area, people complied well with the new traffic diversion instructions.

Traffic police forces have been on duty at the intersection from early morning to directly divert traffic and guide people to move. This morning, functional forces also used flycam equipment to observe the whole scene from above to quickly detect bottlenecks and provide timely coordination plans.

The fact that traffic maintains stability during the morning rush hour on Monday shows that the new traffic diversion adjustment plan at Dien Bien Phu intersection has initially brought positive signals.
