Yen Lac commune, Phu Tho province was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population of Yen Lac town, Binh Dinh commune and Dong Cuong commune of Yen Lac district, the old Vinh Phuc province.
On September 19, 2023, Dong Cuong Commune People's Committee issued Decision No. 419/QD-UBND on approving the Technical Infrastructure Project for Service Land, Land Auction for Land Use Rights (LURC) in Dong Dam, Vac Giua and Cay Cham fields of Chi Chi village, Dong Cuong commune, Yen Lac district.
This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of 38 billion VND from the loan from the Vinh Phuc Provincial Land Fund Development Fund, the commune budget from the project's land use rights auction.
According to the investigation of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, on September 15, the Yen Lac Commune Project Management Board (Investor) announced an invitation to bid for a construction package worth more than 26.5 billion VND for the project.
In the coming time, after the results of contractor selection, the construction unit will deploy the construction of a technical infrastructure system for service land and land auctioned by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in Dong Dam, Vac Giua and Cam field in Chi Chi village, Dong Cuong commune.
The maximum time from the start of construction to the completion of the project is 15 months.
The project will have 2 phases: Phase 1 is to invest in the construction of a technical infrastructure system for service land and auctioned land according to the 1/500 scale detailed plan previously approved by Yen Lac District People's Committee in Decision No. 2783/QD-UBND dated June 20, 2018, with an area of about 3,5205 hectares including items: Parking, traffic roads, drainage.
Phase 2 will construct the domestic electricity and lighting systems of the technical infrastructure area.
