In recent days, the Hanoi Department of Construction has implemented the installation of iron-rolled tenements and fences for traffic on Nhat Tan Bridge. The construction was carried out from 10pm the previous day to 5am the next morning.
According to the reporter's records, for the iron fence section, the construction unit has only installed about 1/3 of the bridge length, in the lane from Dong Anh to the city center. The reverse has not been installed.
Due to the lack of an official lane division plan, in recent days, the section with fences has been installed, causing local congestion.
Sharing with PV, Mr. Ngoc Phu (Dong Anh commune) said that from the morning of September 14 until now, congestion has continuously occurred from 6:30 am to 8:00 am.
"Due to the installation of barriers, motorbikes only move in the lane close to the railing on the right side of the bridge. Just for a vehicle to have an accident or stop, the vehicles behind must stop, unable to swerve up because there is an iron fence on the left.
I think it was because people were not used to it, there was still quite a mess and there were many vehicles, so there was such a lot of congestion," Mr. Ngoc Phu shared.



Some other people shared that having a separate lane for motorbikes on Nhat Tan Bridge is necessary to ensure traffic safety. However, motorcyclists need to travel at the correct speed, not recklessly over the bridge to ensure safety because the current motorbike lane is quite narrow.
Currently, the authorities have not officially announced the division of lanes on Nhat Tan Bridge.

For the construction of the dragon fruit foundation, from 10pm to 5am, fence off 1/3 of the road from Dong Anh to Tay Ho and vice versa, fence length 30m at both ends of Nhat Tan bridge, motorbikes move a mixture of over 2/3 of the remaining road surface at the 2 construction locations of the dragon fruit foundation.
With the installation of a dragon fruit price, during the construction process, there will be an installation above the barrier from 0:00 to 4:00 a.m., prohibiting all vehicles from going on the bridge on both sides of the inner city and Dong Anh approach roads.
During the bridge ban, vehicles move down to the approach roads at both ends of the bridge to change direction to Thang Long bridge or Chuong Duong, Vinh Tuy bridges...
For the construction of a barriers on the bridge, carried out at night from 10pm to 5am, barriers on the sides of the bridge 1/3 of the way from the motorbike lane, the length of each section is about 300m. Motorbikes move mixture on the remaining 2/3 of the road.
During the day (from 5am to 10pm), vehicles will travel normally on Nhat Tan Bridge as the current traffic organization status.
