According to the video, many people put their hands through the car window and attacked the driver. Notably, a man wearing a black jacket climbed his legs and body through the car window and kicked the people in the car repeatedly. Many people were very upset about the actions of the group of people above.
On the evening of February 1, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of Giao Thuy Town People's Committee confirmed that the incident occurred at Con Nhat ferry in the area this afternoon. Initial information indicated that a fight broke out while waiting for the ferry. Currently, the local government and functional forces have received the information and are investigating the incident.
