On the evening of January 31, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the People's Committee of Dong Thinh Commune (Nghia Hung District, Nam Dinh Province) confirmed that a traffic collision had just occurred in the area, causing a woman to be thrown into the river by the roadside.
Previously, at around 2:15 p.m. this afternoon (January 31), at Xac culvert area (Dong Linh village, Dong Thinh commune, Nghia Hung district), there was a traffic collision between a car with license plate 18A-064.XX and a motorbike driven by Ms. H (in Ha Ky village, Dong Thinh commune).
As a result, the collision caused Ms. H to be thrown into the Long Thanh River.
"After that, Ms. H was taken to Nam Dinh Provincial Hospital for emergency treatment. Her health condition is now temporarily stable. As soon as we received the information, the authorities were present at the scene to investigate the cause of the accident," said the leader of Dong Thinh Commune People's Committee.
