On the same day, a clip circulated on social networks recording the scene of a student being beaten in the face many times by the grocery store owner.
According to the content of the clip, a student was drinking water, standing near the refrigerator at a grocery store when he was suddenly repeatedly hit in the face by a man in a yellow shirt, before someone intervened.
After spreading, the clip attracted many shares and comments.
Contacting the person who posted it, Ms. H. said that she is the mother of student D. - the student who was beaten. According to Ms. H., the incident happened yesterday (April 6). After returning from school, the child showed signs of headache and recounted being beaten by the grocery store owner.
When he went to the grocery store to clarify, the man claimed that the child was disruptive and affected the business, so he beat the child.
After requesting to extract camera footage to see the incident, I recorded a clip of my child being beaten. Currently, I am taking my child to Hue Central Hospital for examination," Ms. H. said.
Leaders of My Thuong Ward People's Committee informed that the police force is verifying and will provide official information when there are results.
