    The incident occurred on My Phuoc - Tan Van road (road with 6 lanes, 3 lanes in each direction), passing through Phu Loi ward, Ho Chi Minh City (Thu Dau Mot city, former Binh Duong province).

    At about 3 pm on the same day, a container truck with Ho Chi Minh City license plate was traveling from Thu Dau Mot ward to An Phu ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

    When reaching the section passing Phu Loi ward, the driver swerved and then cut in front of a car traveling in the same direction in front.

    After that, the container truck driver continued to swerve again into the lane next to the median strip.
