Initial information, around noon on October 5, a container truck with a Da Nang license plate was traveling from Ho Chi Minh City to Binh Duong, when reaching Quarter 2, Provincial Road 8, Cu Chi town, the driver suddenly lost control, hit a raft, then the container trailer crashed straight into a house.
The consequences of the accident left the driver stuck in the cabin, dead on the spot, the house was crushed and severely damaged.
Ms. N.T.T., an eyewitness at the scene, said that when the accident happened, there were people inside the house but luckily they were able to escape in time. The container truck's tractor hit the coffee shop in front of the house, then crashed straight into the main door of the house.
Currently, Cu Chi district authorities have arrived at the scene to resolve the incident.
