At nearly 5 p.m. the same day, units of Binh Duong Provincial Police were present to protect the scene of the accident on My Phuoc Tan Van road, through Tan Dinh ward, Ben Cat city, Binh Duong province.
Initial information, at around 4pm, people at the auto repair shop heard a loud noise on My Phuoc Tan Van street.
When running out, people saw a motorbike with license plate 70L3-04xx lying behind the wheel of a container truck that was being repaired on the side of the road. Meanwhile, two young men were lying near the front wheel of the container truck.
When people came to check, they found a seriously injured person lying motionless in critical condition. This person's face was bleeding profusely. Another person also had bleeding from the face. Both victims were taken to the emergency room by people immediately after that.
At the scene, the victim’s motorbike was found on the back wheel of a container truck with a Binh Duong license plate. The damaged container truck was reportedly parked on the side of the road in front of an auto repair shop.
According to local residents, at the time of the accident, another container truck was said to have collided with two motorcyclists. However, after the accident, the container truck involved left the scene.
Upon receiving the news, Ben Cat City Police, Binh Duong Province arrived and cordoned off the scene to conduct an investigation. The police also extracted camera footage from the scene to investigate the accident.
