On the morning of July 29, the Fire and Rescue Police Department (PCCC&CNCH) of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police is handling a passenger car fire that occurred on Pham Van Dong street in Nha Trang ward.
According to initial information, on the morning of the same day, the passenger car was traveling on Pham Van Dong street, near Nha Trang University when it suddenly caught fire.
Some witnesses said they heard many explosions coming from the vehicle before smoke rose and flames quickly engulfed the car.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 3 under the Fire and Rescue Police Department dispatched 2 specialized fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to deploy firefighting operations.
Until nearly 11 am on the same day, functional forces were still controlling the fire. Recorded at the scene, most of the car frame was burned down by fire.
According to functional agencies, the fire has not recorded any casualties.
The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
