At around 7:00 a.m. on March 2, a passenger car with license plate 38B -004.67 driven by Mr. Tran Dinh Hoan (born in 1987, residing in Bac Hong ward, Hong Linh town, Ha Tinh) carrying about 45 passengers, mainly foreigners, was traveling in the direction of Huong Khe - Vu Quang (Ha Tinh) on Ho Chi Minh road.
When the above passenger bus arrived at Dien My commune (Huong Khe district), it suddenly collided with a truck with license plate 38C-214.27 driven by Mr. Phan Van Hau (born 996, residing in Huong Khe district), traveling in the opposite direction.
The accident caused many passengers on the bus to panic, the truck driver was injured and had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment, and both vehicles were severely damaged.
After receiving the report, the authorities were present to handle the scene and investigate the cause.

Previously, at around 8:04, at the self-opened crossing with the railway through Lien Hoa village, Duc Lien commune (Vu Quang district), the HH62 cargo ship towed by locomotive D18E 607, consisting of 20 carriages, with a load capacity of more than 859 tons, traveling from South to North, collided with a truck with license plate 26C-032.88 crossing the road.
The accident caused the truck to deform, the front of the trailer and 3 train cars to overturn on the right side in the direction of movement, a railway section of about 70m was damaged, emerging from the ground.
The train driver, Le Viet Dai, suffered minor injuries, the truck driver, Phan Van Hanh (born in 1994, residing in Hop Duc village, Huong Minh commune, Vu Quang district, Ha Tinh province) escaped the accident by being able to leave when the truck stalled on the railway. After the accident, the authorities were present to examine the scene and investigate the cause.
The accident paralyzed the railway line near Hoa Duyet station, hundreds of passengers to Thanh Luyen station (Huong Khe) and Yen Trung station (Duc Tho) had to transit by car to get to the next station to continue their journey to the South and North.
The railway repair work at the accident site was completed at around 9am on 2.3, and the route was reopened.
