The Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security is directing the verification of a black Land Rover car showing signs of using license plates that are not in accordance with the registered vehicle.
Previously, information appeared on social networks reflecting a black Land Rover car, license plate 30K-313. XX, showing signs of violating the law on traffic order and safety on Do Nhuan street, Xuan Dinh ward (Hanoi).
Upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 - Hanoi Traffic Police Department to urgently verify and clarify.
At about 10:20 am on September 10, Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 invited the owner of the vehicle registered with license plate 30K-313. XX to the headquarters to work.
At the meeting, Ms. N.H. T (vehicle owner) - said that license plate 30K-313. XX was issued to her Land Rover car. However, according to the registration dossier, this car has white paint, not black as the vehicle appeared in the images reflected by people.
Ms. N.H. T also provided documents and images showing the owner's car with license plate 30K-313. XX currently being used in Ho Chi Minh City.

Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 has made a record of work and received documents provided by the vehicle owner. Functional forces are continuing to verify the black Land Rover that appeared in the reflection to clarify the origin of the vehicle, license plate being used, driver and related details.
The Traffic Police Department recommends that people not use license plates of other vehicles, license plates not issued by competent authorities or perform acts that distort vehicle identification information.
When detecting vehicles showing signs of using unusual license plates or violating traffic order and safety, people can provide information and images to the traffic police force through the VNeTraffic application, the Facebook page of the Traffic Police Department and channels to receive feedback from the traffic police force.
The Traffic Police Department will continue to provide information on the handling results of the case after completing verification.
