Previously, on November 8, there were 5 incidents in the city, killing 5 people and injuring 2 others. In particular, a particularly serious accident occurred at 7:30 a.m. on November 8 at the intersection of km 27+800 National Highway 10 (near An Duong Industrial Park), causing 2 female workers on a motorbike to die on the spot. The initial cause was determined to be that the motorbike driver changed direction and did not ensure safety, causing the accident.
