At 13:20 on May 11, 2025, at km04+100, a serious traffic accident occurred on the Buon Ho town bypass at the intersection with National Highway 29.
At the above time, a tractor-trailer with license plate 60C-492.23 towing a trailer 77R-049.92 driven by driver B.V.T (born in 1991, residing in Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province) was traveling on the Buon Ho bypass in the direction from Krong Buk district to Cu Mgar district.
When arriving at the above location, the tractor-trailer collided with a motorbike with license plate 47AN-026.75 driven by Ms. Th (born in 1992, residing in Ea Sup district, Dak Lak province) traveling on National Highway 29 from Cu Mgar district to Krong Buk district.
Immediately after the accident, people urgently took Ms. Th to the hospital for emergency care. However, due to severe injuries, Ms. Th died later at the Central Highlands General Hospital.
At the scene, both vehicles were severely damaged.
The incident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
