At 3:00 p.m. on April 21, at the opening point of Km 54 National Highway 10, Thai Binh - Hai Phong road, in Vinh Hung commune, Vinh Bao district, Hai Phong city, a road traffic accident occurred.
Passenger cars 15F-010.32 by Mr. Pham Van Tr (born in 1993, resident of Anh Son district, Nghe An) goes in the direction of Thai Binh-Hai Phong City, touching the back of the truck 15C-332.74 by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc H (born in 1983, residing in An Hai ward, An Duong district, Hai Phong city) in the same direction ahead. Trucks 15C-332.74 continued to collide with the back of the truck 14C-117.42, controlled by Mr. Luong Van Ph (born in 1987, resident of Quynh Phu district, Thai Binh province) in the same direction ahead, turning left turn to turn to the open point. As a result, Mr. H was injured, the passenger car 15F-010.32 and the 15C-332.74 truck were damaged.
