    A truck carrying many types of goods suddenly caught fire on National Highway 1 through Hue City, functional forces controlled it after nearly 2 hours.

    On the afternoon of July 22, a truck carrying many types of goods suddenly caught fire while traveling on National Highway 1, passing through Chan May - Lang Co commune (Hue City).

    According to initial information, at about 1:45 PM, at Km877+550 National Highway 1, passing through An Loc village, Chan May - Lang Co commune, a truck with license plate 89H-186. XX driven by Mr. Nguyen Anh Q (resident of Hung Yen province), traveling in the North - South direction, suddenly caught fire in the back of the cargo box.

    Upon receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 7 dispatched 2 fire trucks and 14 officers and soldiers to the scene; police, the Military Command of Chan May - Lang Co commune and local forces participated in extinguishing the fire.

    At about 3:40 pm, the fire was controlled and completely extinguished.

    According to functional forces, the vehicle carries many types of goods such as fabrics, clothes, banh pia, pesticides, cosmetics, electronic equipment, batteries...

    The cause of the fire and damage are being statistically and clearly clarified by functional agencies.
