    On the morning of May 26, Mr. Ung Dinh Hien - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Son District, Quang Ngai Province said that at about 8:13 a.m., a truck with license plate 76H - 02617 driven by Mr. Truong Van De (born in 1971, in Long Thanh Village, Tinh Thien Commune, Quang Ngai City) while traveling on National Highway 1, in front of the gate of Nuoc Man Market, Binh Nguyen Commune, Binh Son District - crashed into a house.
