On August 8, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT), Dak Lak Provincial Police informed that the unit has identified and made a record of handling a case of a passenger car driver who overtook in a situation where he was not allowed to overtake.
According to images recorded by the system, at about 6 am on July 30, 2026, at Km89+800 National Highway 27, a passenger car with license plate 47H-107. XX performed the act of overtaking at a location that did not ensure safety conditions.
Notably, at the time the passenger car performed the act of overtaking, there was a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction, including a car approaching. Overtaking in this situation poses a risk of collision and traffic accident.
After receiving information, the Traffic Police Team of Cu Kuin area under the Traffic Police Department of Dak Lak Provincial Police proceeded to verify the vehicle and driver.
Through working, functional forces identified the passenger car driver as Mr. P.Q. C, residing in Dak Lak province.
Based on the collected documents, images and verification results, the Traffic Police Team of Cu Kuin area made a record of administrative violation against Mr. P.Q. C for the act of "overtaking in cases where overtaking is not allowed".
