Handling truck driver for reckless overtaking while moving on a bridge in Dak Lak

    Dak Lak - A truck driver was handled after recklessly overtaking on a bridge, causing traffic unsafety.

    On August 2, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Dak Lak Provincial Police said that the unit had just verified and handled a case of a car driver who overtook in a situation where he was not allowed to overtake on the bridge, causing danger to vehicles participating in traffic.

    Accordingly, at about 10:10 am on July 19, 2026, at Dinh Ong bridge (Tay Hoa commune, Dak Lak province), Mr. V.T.D (born in 1983, residing in Tay Hoa commune) driving a truck with license plate 78H-012. xx performed the act of overtaking in case of not being allowed to overtake on the bridge.

    After receiving information, the Traffic Police Department of Dak Lak Provincial Police urgently verified the vehicle, driver and related details.

    Through working with functional agencies, Mr. V.T.D admitted the violation. The traffic police force then made a record and handled the above case according to regulations.
