The main errors include: lack of shelves and shelves in the preservation area; workers not wearing protective clothing; processing area with insects entering and no hygienic garbage container lids.
During a surprise inspection of 8 other establishments, functional agencies recorded a 100% violation rate, with a total fine of 54 million VND.
In which, in Ky Lua and Tam Thanh wards, two spring roll and sausage production facilities were fined 8 million VND for leaving garbage open at the processing place, even though the quick borax test results were negative.
Four other business establishments were fined nearly 33 million VND more for similar violations.
In the circulation stage, the market management force coordinated with Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 to block a car carrying 65 kg of unprocessed frozen pig intestines.
The shipment worth nearly 3 million VND without invoices and documents was forced to be destroyed, and the driver was fined 1.5 million VND.
At the same time, in Ky Lua ward, the inter-sectoral working group discovered another truck carrying 405 bags of sausages printed with foreign characters.
The entire shipment worth more than 16 million VND did not have customs papers or quarantine certificates. The driver was fined 11 million VND and forced to destroy all the violating goods.
