Chuong My Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued a notice on the dismantling and collection of items and assets gathered on land located in the traffic corridor to implement the project of renovating and upgrading National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section in Chuong My ward.
Accordingly, Chuong My Ward People's Committee requests organizations, households, and individuals currently gathering items and assets on the traffic corridor land of National Highway 6 managed by the State to proactively dismantle and collect items and assets for the investor to implement the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section.
Completion time is before March 14, 2026.
After the above deadline, if organizations, households, and individuals currently gathering items and assets on land in the traffic corridor of National Highway 6 do not implement it, the Ward People's Committee will coordinate with relevant units to organize the preparation of dossiers for handling according to regulations.
Chuong My Ward People's Committee assigned the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward to coordinate with Phuong Bai Residential Group to send notices and urging to each organization, household, and individual involved so that cases using land to gather items and assets on the traffic corridor of National Highway 6 managed by the State are known and implemented.
Inform relevant units (Ward Police, Area 5 Traffic Inspection Team - Traffic Inspection Department - Hanoi Department of Construction,... ) to conduct information review, prepare dossiers for handling (if any) for cases of non-coordination.
Phuong Bai residential group closely coordinates with the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward in the process of sending this notice to relevant organizations, households, and individuals so that cases that are using land to gather items and assets on the traffic corridor of National Highway 6 managed by the State know and implement it.
