Ba Ria-Vung Tau announced 162 cars were fined from October 1 to 8

Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has just announced a list of 162 cases of cars violating traffic laws that were fined from October 1 to October 8, 2024.

List of vehicles that were fined as follows:

Contact place to pay fine: Traffic Police Department of Ba Ria Vung Tau Provincial Police (Address: 189 Bach Dang Street, Phuoc Trung Ward, Ba Ria City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province; Phone: 0693.545.774) or District Police where the vehicle owner resides and has headquarters.

When coming to resolve a “cold fine” case: The vehicle owner and the driver of the violating vehicle must be present. In case the person coming to resolve the case is not the vehicle owner, there must be confirmation from the vehicle owner about borrowing, handing over, renting, or authorizing the vehicle; the violator must bring relevant documents such as: vehicle registration, vehicle inspection certificate, driver's license, civil liability insurance of the motor vehicle owner, and citizen identification cards of the vehicle owner and the violator.

In addition, in case of an organization's vehicle, there must be a letter of introduction for the driver of the violating vehicle to come and resolve the matter; if the violator is a company director, the business registration certificate must be presented.
