The arrangement, equipment and replacement of specialized cars must not exceed the number of vehicles specified in this Decision; strictly prohibit the use of specialized cars for private purposes; sell, exchange, donate, lend or transfer to any organization or individual without permission of a state agency or competent person.
The purchase price of a specialized car is the selling price of the car on the market at the time of purchase proposed by an agency, organization, unit or locality to a competent authority or person for consideration and decision.
The list of specialized cars specified in this Decision includes: Cars with special structures: crane trucks, garbage collection and compaction vehicles, garbage and waste trucks, bulldozers, watering tank trucks, wash the road.
