This Bentley Continental GT V8 was produced in 2013. According to car enthusiasts, in 2014, the model was brought back to the country by the official Bentley Vietnam dealer with the above-mentioned personal color configuration. This is one of the special paint colors, rarely appearing in the Vietnamese market and is considered a highlight that creates a difference for this super luxury coupe model.
At the time of domestic launch, the Bentley Continental GT V8 was priced at about 13 billion VND, excluding rolling costs. Despite having a remarkable configuration, the car did not soon find its owner and it took several years to be transferred through a luxury car business in Ho Chi Minh City.
In terms of design, the second-generation Continental GT V8 still retains Bentley's characteristic style with a massive body, rounded lines and a large grille. The car is equipped with 6-spoke dual-spoke alloy wheels of 21 inches, glossy surface, contributing to increasing the imposing look when operating on the street.
As a version using a V8 engine, this model has its own identification details such as the Bentley logo with a red background at the front and rear as well as the center of the wheel, different from the W12 version using a black background. In addition, the exhaust pipe design is also a differentiation, with the V8 version using a serrated exhaust pipe, while the W12 version has a traditional oval shape.
In terms of operation, the Bentley Continental GT V8 is equipped with a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine, producing a maximum power of 500 horsepower and a maximum torque of 660 Nm. Combined with an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission, this super luxury coupe model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 305 km/h.
Although not belonging to the new generation, the Bentley Continental GT V8 with its rare painted configuration is still one of the notable models every time it appears on the streets, showing the enduring appeal of British super-luxury car lines.
