From May 28, 2025 to June 3, 2025, through the traffic surveillance camera system, the Traffic Police Department of Thai Binh Provincial Police detected cases of vehicles with Quang Ninh license plates violating traffic safety order. The list of license plates violating speeding is as follows:

Bac Ninh Provincial Police announced the results of detecting traffic violations through the Traffic Surveillance Camera System (from May 15 to May 25, 2025). Including the following Quang Ninh license plate cars:
When paying the fine, people need to prepare the following documents:
- For cars: Vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
- For motorbikes: Vehicle registration, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (with each type of document photocopy 1 copy).
