Implementing the general vehicle review plan of the Traffic Police Department and Hung Yen Provincial Police, the police of many communes in the area simultaneously inspected and reviewed motorbikes of workers in industrial zones and clusters, along with dump trucks, limousines and passenger transport business vehicles to improve management efficiency and ensure traffic order and safety.
In Dong Thai Ninh commune, the review work is implemented in two phases. Phase 1, from June 20 to August 15, 2026, the police force focuses on inspecting motorbikes of workers at My Xuyen Industrial Cluster to clean up vehicle registration data and serve the prevention and fight against crimes.
In the process of implementation, police officers directly guide employees, businesses and vehicle owners to compare vehicle information with vehicle registration certificates and personal papers; review cases where data is inaccurate, vehicles have been transferred ownership but have not been transferred or there are incorrect information to promptly guide updates according to regulations.

Through review, the police force discovered a number of cases where vehicles had transferred ownership but had not carried out ownership transfer procedures and had guided the completion of dossiers.
The inspection is carried out right at the enterprise, without affecting production and business activities as well as workers' travel. At the same time, functional forces propagate regulations on registration, name transfer, and revocation of registration certificates and license plates.
In Khoai Chau commune, from July 1 to July 20, 2026, the Commune Police directly worked with 38 out of a total of 80 car owners, inspecting the actual condition of vehicles, service life, technical safety conditions and related documents as prescribed.
Meanwhile, on July 16, 2026, Tan Tien Commune Police worked with leaders of businesses in the area to agree on a coordination plan to implement a general review.
After that, the police force directly inspected the workers' motorbikes, compared owner information, ownership status, license plates and related documents, contributing to completing the vehicle database and ensuring traffic order and safety in the area.
