According to the list recently announced by Hanoi traffic police, in September 2024, 406 vehicles were fined.

On October 13, the Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police announced the list of vehicles violating administrative regulations on road traffic order and safety in September 2024. Violations were recorded by surveillance cameras in Hanoi.

Accordingly, the list of 406 violating vehicles that need to contact Hanoi police to pay fines is as follows:

For cars: Vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
