On July 7, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security - signed and issued a Decision to appoint the judicial position of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency.
Accordingly, in Decision No. 5919/QD-BCA, dated July 7, 2025, the Minister of Public Security decided to appoint Colonel Nguyen Duc Long - Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police to the position of Head of the Hanoi City Police Investigation Agency. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Previously, on June 10, 2025, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung - Director of Hanoi City Police - presided over the ceremony to announce and present the decision of the Minister of Public Security to appoint Colonel Nguyen Duc Long - Head of the Criminal Police Department - to the position of Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police.
