According to the Ministry of Public Security, the Draft Decree stipulates that driving license point deduction is not a form of sanction for administrative violations; For violations that have resulted in points being deducted from the driver's license, the penalty of revocation of the right to use the driver's license will not be applied.
Regarding the content of driver's license points deduction, the draft Decree stipulates 189 behaviors and groups of behaviors subject to driver's license point deductions.
There are 28 behaviors, the group of behaviors with 12 points deducted, including: Driving a vehicle on the road with an alcohol concentration in the blood or breath exceeding 80 milligrams/100 milliliters of blood or exceeding 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of blood. liters of breathing air; driving a vehicle on the road with drugs in the body;
