Article 56 Road Traffic Safety Law regulates the conditions of road traffic participants.
According to this, drivers participating in road traffic must meet the age and health requirements stipulated by law; possess a valid driver's license with points, suitable for the type of vehicle they are driving, issued by a competent authority, except for motorbike drivers.
When participating in road traffic, drivers must carry the following documents:

A valid driver's license suitable for the type of vehicle being driven.
A certificate of safety and environmental protection inspection for motor vehicles as stipulated by law.
A certificate of compulsory liability insurance for motor vehicle owners (motorbike insurance, car insurance).
The law also stipulates that motorbike drivers must meet the age and health requirements stipulated by law; possess a valid driver's license or a certificate of motorbike driving skills suitable for the type of motorbike being driven; possess a valid driver's license or a certificate of knowledge of road traffic law. When participating in road traffic, motorbike drivers must carry the following documents:
Certificate of vehicle registration or a certified copy of the Certificate of vehicle registration accompanied by the original document confirming the validity of the organization's credit, in the case of a vehicle being mortgaged to a credit organization or a foreign bank branch.
A valid driver's license or a certificate of motorbike driving skills.
A valid driver's license or a certificate of knowledge of road traffic law.
A certificate of safety and environmental protection inspection for motorbikes as stipulated by law.
A certificate of compulsory liability insurance as stipulated by law.
The new law stipulates that in cases where the required documents have been integrated into an electronic identification account, the presentation and inspection can be performed through the electronic identification account.
Thus, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law, motorbike insurance and car insurance are still compulsory documents like before. However, instead of carrying hard copies, citizens can present these insurance documents through their electronic identification accounts.
