After 2 days in Cambodia, the 2024 Gumball 3000 supercar journey has arrived in Thailand. After leaving Bangkok, the convoy arrived in Krabi today (September 19) after a journey lasting more than 11 hours in heavy rain.
As in Vietnam and Cambodia, the Gumball 3000 team continued to receive a warm welcome from thousands of people in Thailand, despite unfavorable weather conditions.
After stopping and visiting Krabi, the Gumball 3000 supercar journey will continue to the 4th country, Malaysia, before ending in Singapore on September 21.
Gumball 3000 2024 is the first time the event will take place in its entirety in Southeast Asia. The group departed from Ho Chi Minh City on September 15.
Throughout the journey, the convoy held fundraisers to support each country it passed through. In Vietnam, the convoy also held a fundraiser to support people affected by natural disasters in the northern provinces. The fundraiser will last until September 23, and all proceeds will be transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
