After leaving Vietnam, the Gumball 3000 supercar journey arrived in Cambodia. After leaving Cambodia, the group will depart for Thailand, Malaysia before ending the journey in Singapore on September 21.
This is an event that brings together hundreds of famous supercars in the world. Among them, it is impossible not to mention the Porsche Carrera GT of a Thai businessman. The Porsche Carrera GT is also considered one of the three most interesting cars at Gumball 3000 in 2024, along with the Pagani Huayra BC Roadster and Koenigsegg Regera.
Contrary to initial speculations that this supercar would join the Gumball 3000 group in Thailand. However, on the departure day (September 15), the Porsche Carrera GT was still present in Ho Chi Minh City and conquered the entire journey to Singapore.
The Thai businessman's Porsche Carrera GT has a black main color. The car has the serial number 85, out of more than 100 supercars participating in Gumball 3000 in 2024.
In terms of performance, the Carrera GT is equipped with a 5.7-liter V10 engine. This engine helps the car produce a maximum capacity of 603 horsepower. The car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 330 km/h.
Porsche Carrera GT is produced in a quantity of only 1,270 cars worldwide. According to research, there are currently 5 cars in Thailand and only 1 car is participating in the Gumball 3000 journey.
