The Traffic Police Department of Bac Giang Province Police has just announced a list of 257 cases that will be fined from May 10 to May 15, 2025.
Among these, there are 20 cases where motorcyclists do not wear helmets as follows:
98K1-290.52; 98B2-742.54; 98B1-178.89; 98B1-970.79; 98B2-669.99; 98B3-187.55; 98F1-276.73; 98B1-781.16; 99AA-097.56; 98F1-312.53; 98D1-772.82; 98B3-808.90; 98H8-7027; 98D1-139.68; 98AC-130.50; 98F1-224.66; 98B2-500.59; 98B3-202.52; 98E1-395.67; 98F1-355.5.
Thanh Hoa Police said that from April 26, 2025 to April 30, 2025, the police will impose fines on motorcyclists who do not wear helmets ( marked) as follows:

The police note that from January 1, 2025, the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulate administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points take effect.
Accordingly, the Decree stipulates penalties for motorbike drivers:
Fines from VND 400,000 to VND 600,000 for drivers of motorbikes, mopeds, motorbike-like vehicles and motorbike-like vehicles who commit one of the following violations:
Do not wear helmets for motorbike or motorbike riders when driving on the road.
Carrying people on a vehicle without a helmet for motorbikes and motorbikes, except for transporting sick people to the emergency room, children under 6 years old, and escorting people who violate the law

For people transported on motorbikes:
Fines from VND 400,000 to VND 600,000 for people transported on motorbikes, mopeds, and similar vehicles to motorbikes, and similar vehicles to motorbikes that do not wear helmets for people riding motorbikes and mopeds.

When paying the fine, motorbike drivers need to prepare the following documents: vehicle registration, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
The police recommend that people raise awareness of voluntarily complying with traffic laws for their own safety and that of others.
