Although developed on the same chassis platform for pure electric vehicles as the e-TNGA, the RZ 450e has a more luxurious and classy design than the two Toyota models bZ4X and Subaru Solterra.
The large grille no longer appears on the RZ 450e because this is an electric vehicle model. Instead, Lexus painted the front of the car black and extended the paint on the roof, creating a unique look for the RZ 450e.
The rear of the RZ 450e is also very impressive with a high full LED taillight, large side-top windows, rear-wheel steering and duck spoiler.
The interior of the RZ 450e is leaning with a 14-inch central touchscreen and a panoramic sunroof extending from the front row to the back. U-shaped steering wheel appeared in the previous stall image, fortunately, it was only an external option and users could still choose the traditional steering wheel.
The remaining interior shares many similarities with the Toyota bZ4X model, but is completed with more advanced materials.
The all-electric SUV uses a 41.4kwh battery pack with an estimated range of 400 - 450 km per charge. Providing power for the model is 2 electric motors producing a total capacity of 309 horsepower, maximum torque of 435 Nm. It is known that the RZ 450e takes 5.6 seconds to accelerate from 0 - 100 km/h.
In addition, the RZ 450e is equipped with the latest four-wheel drive system Direct 4 with the ability to automatically adjust weight allocation on all four wheels. According to Lexus, the new drive system helps the car "improve acceleration, increase steering stability, and reduce power consumption".
Lexus has now allowed users to pre-order the RZ 450e but has not yet announced the specific price list for the model.
