The Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police has just announced the schedule for organizing legal knowledge checks on road traffic order and safety to restore driver's license scores in September and October 2026.
Accordingly, people who have registered to participate in the inspection will perform it at the Headquarters of the Road Motor Vehicle Driver Testing and Issuance Team - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police, No. 2 Phung Hung, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi.
The inspection time starts from September 20 to October 19, 2026, at 8:00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week, except for holidays.
Hanoi Traffic Police Department requests people attending the inspection to be present at the time and location notified by competent authorities and bring papers to check and compare information with the request.
One of the necessary documents includes: citizen identification card, driver's license, identification card (for people of Vietnamese origin whose nationality has not been determined), permanent residence card or temporary residence card (for foreigners).
In case personal information has been integrated on the electronic citizen identification card and the national electronic identification and authentication system, functional agencies will exploit the information on the system to compare with the content in the request.
The Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police requests those who have registered for inspection to proactively arrange time, be present at the correct location and implement the requirements according to regulations.
