According to the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security, there has been a situation where driving practice vehicles have not strictly complied with the provisions of law on traffic order and safety. Notably, violations are reflected on roads with high speed and vehicle density, posing potential risks of traffic obstruction, congestion and traffic accidents.
On that basis, the Traffic Police Department proposed to strengthen inspection and review of practical driving training activities on the road; and at the same time improve the responsibility of practical teachers in guiding and supervising students to comply with regulations when participating in traffic.
Tighten responsibility for teachers and training institutions
Implementing the direction of the Traffic Police Department, the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police has developed a plan, coordinated with driving training institutions in the area to rectify law compliance in the process of organizing for trainees to practice on the road.
Recorded on September 21, at Hung Vuong Vocational Education and Driver Testing Training Center (Hoa Lac commune, Hanoi City), the Road Motor Vehicle Driver Testing and Permit Issuance Team - Hanoi Traffic Police Department worked with representatives of the Center on the organization of practical training and compliance with regulations on traffic order and safety.
Here, functional forces inspect and review the system of equipment and vehicles serving training. At the same time, traffic police exchange with representatives of the Center about the responsibility of managing and supervising driving practice vehicles, practical teachers and students in the process of participating in traffic on the road.
According to representatives of the Testing and Issuance Team for Road Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses, driving training institutions in Hanoi are strictly implementing legal regulations when organizing for trainees to practice on the road.
In which, practical teachers must improve their responsibility, especially when guiding students on roads with high speed and vehicle density. Teachers must strengthen guidance, reminders, and supervision of students to comply with regulations on traffic order and safety and ensure safety in the process of driving vehicles.
Training institutions are also required to regularly inspect and review the organization of driving practice on the road, promptly detect shortcomings and limitations to rectify and overcome.
For each trainee, when entering driving practice, they must firmly grasp the knowledge of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety. Strengthen inspection and handling of violating driving practice vehicles
Along with coordinating with training institutions, the Hanoi Traffic Police force continues to strengthen patrols and inspections, promptly detect and handle violations of driving practice vehicles during traffic participation.
Information on violations of driving practice vehicles will be exchanged and provided to state management agencies on driving training to serve management and rectification work, contributing to improving the quality of driving training and testing.
The coordination between the traffic police force, the agency managing driving training and training institutions is implemented to improve the responsibility of training institutions, teachers and students; ensure that driving training activities are carried out in accordance with regulations, forming skills and awareness of law compliance for learners.
