According to records, the black S-Class belongs to the more popular luxury sedan line in the Vietnamese market. Meanwhile, the white S-Class is the Maybach S600 Pullman version - a super luxury limousine variant with a very limited number, which is said to only have about 3 units appearing in Vietnam.
Compared to the standard Maybach S600 version, Maybach S600 Pullman stands out with an overall length of up to about 6.4 m, an extended body structure with 4 rear compartment windows, accompanied by separate curtains. The interior space at the rear is arranged with 4 business seats with a maximum inclination of about 43.5 degrees, integrated with electric footrests to increase the comfort for passengers.
The passenger compartment of this model is also equipped with two opposite desks, a mini refrigerator and a set of handcrafted champagne cups by Robbe & Berking. In addition, the car has premium upholstery pillars to increase comfort during long journeys.
Interior materials use high-quality Nappa leather combined with glossy black wood trim under the Designo personalization program. The back compartment ceiling integrates three analog instrument clusters displaying outdoor temperature, speed and time. The entertainment system comes with a Burmester high-end 3D surround sound system with 24 speakers, total capacity of about 1,540 watts.
In terms of operation, the Mercedes-Maybach S600 Pullman uses a 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine, producing a maximum power of about 530 horsepower and a maximum torque of 830 Nm. The car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in about 6.4 seconds and the electronically limited top speed is 250 km/h.
The simultaneous appearance of two S-Class versions in two different segments on the same street continues to show the appeal of the super-luxury sedan line bearing the "three-pointed star" brand in the Vietnamese market.
