Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series is the first super luxury convertible model under the Maybach brand. This car line is developed based on the SL-Class platform, which is famous for its sporty design and powerful performance.
The use of the "SL" after all shows that this is a 2-door, convertible model, aimed at a sporty driving experience but still retains the typical luxurious spirit of Maybach.
The exterior design of the SL 680 Monogram Series impresses with the Manufaktur Garnet Red paint color combined with the Obsidian Black black hood. Users can personalize the hood and canvas hood with typical Monogram motifs, helping to increase identification and leave a strong personal mark.
In terms of performance, the car is equipped with a 4.0L V8 Biturbo engine, with a maximum capacity of 585 horsepower and a maximum torque of 800 Nm. The transmission system includes a 9-speed 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission and a full-time 4-wheel drive system 4MATIC+. The vehicle is also equipped with a rear-wheel steering system with a rotation angle of up to 2.5 degrees, helping to improve flexibility when moving in urban areas.
Although not using the V12 engine or hybrid technology as on the SL 63 S E Performance, the Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds, with a maximum speed limited to 260 km/h.
