According to initial information, on the evening of June 16, many places in the province experienced thunderstorms accompanied by strong winds. The thunderstorms caused a series of medium-voltage power lines (22kV) managed by Trieu Son District Power Company (in Thanh Hoa City and Thieu Hoa District) to collapse and collapse on the field.
