Thai Binh Police said that from April 16, 2025 to April 22, 2025, the police recorded 188 vehicles being fined. In which, the vehicles that were fined twice include vehicles with license plates 18C-121.13; 23F-000.54. These two vehicles were fined for speeding.

However, according to the new recommendation of the People's Traffic Police Department, people should go to the headquarters of the traffic police department where they have permanent residence to handle, should not go to the place where violations are detected in another locality to handle, which is both overloaded for the authorities and requires long trips.
When coming to handle the fine, the violator needs to prepare some documents. For cars: vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
For motorbikes: vehicle registration, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (with each type of document photocopy 1 copy).
