Notably, among these, there are vehicles that have violated many times and 1 error as follows:
The car with license plate 99A-797.99 violated the red light twice.
The car with license plate 98A-19236 violated the law twice.
Motorcycle 99E1-107.23 violated the law twice when running a red light.
Thanh Hoa Police informed that from September 1 to September 15, the police imposed fines on many vehicles violating the speed limit. Of these, there are 4 vehicles after violating twice at the same location on National Highway 1 as follows:
People should note that the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points take effect from January 1, 2025.

Motorcyclists exceeding the speed limit prescribed by Decree 168/2024/ND-CP are as follows:
Exceeding 5 - under 10 km/h: 400,000 - 600,000 VND.
Exceeding 10 - 20 km/h: 800,000 - 1,000,000 VND.
Exceeding 20 km/h: 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 VND, deducting 4 driving license points.
Fine for speeding from 05 km/h to under 10 km/h: Fine from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND.
Fine for driving a car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit from 10 km/h to 20 km/h: Fine from VND 4,000,000 to VND 6,000,000; at the same time, the violator will have 2 points deducted from the driver's license.
The fine for driving a car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit is from over 20 km/h to 35 km/h: Fine from VND 6,000,000 to VND 8,000,000; at the same time, the violator will have 4 points deducted from the driver's license.
The fine for driving a car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit by more than 35 km/h: Fine from VND 12,000,000 to VND 14,000,000; at the same time, the violator will have 6 points deducted from the driver's license.
