Hung Yen Provincial Traffic Police also announced the list of traffic tickets from June 29 to July 5. Notably, among these, there are many cars with Ho Chi Minh City license plates violating red light violations (marked) as follows:

People should note that Circular No. 51/2025/TT-BCA amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 79/2024/TT-BCA of the Minister of Public Security regulating the issuance and revocation of vehicle registration certificates, license plates for motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes takes effect from July 1, 2025.
Accordingly, newly licensed vehicles in Ho Chi Minh City include symbols: 41,50, 51 to 59, 61, 72.
The Ministry of Public Security said that traffic violators can go to the traffic police department where residents reside or where violations are detected to resolve remote fines.
However, the Traffic Police Department informed that currently people are gathering at the headquarters to handle violations of remote fines very crowded, some places are overloaded and people have to wait for a long time.
To create the most favorable conditions for people, without having to wait and travel far, the Traffic Police Department recommends:
People should proactively look up remote fines. If they violate, people should go to units under the traffic police department where they have permanent residence to handle them, and should not go to the location where violations are detected in other localities, which is both overloading for functional forces and requires long travel.
The Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulates penalties for administrative violations of road traffic order and safety; deducting points, restoring points for driver's licenses taking effect from January 1, 2025.
The police requested people to continue to raise their awareness of voluntarily complying with legal regulations when participating in traffic, for their own safety and the safety of others.
