At Point a, Clause 7, Article 7 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, it is stipulated that the act of driving motorbikes and mopeds on the sidewalk will be subject to a fine of VND 4,000,000 to VND 6,000,000 and will result in 02 points deducted from the driving license.
