According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, car drivers will be fined from 2,000,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND for illegal left turns.

A fine of between VND 2,000,000 and VND 3,000 shall be imposed on drivers who violate the offense of U-turning in places with signs prohibiting U-turning for cars.

If the car driver goes wrong and causes a traffic accident, they will be fined from 20 million VND to 22 million VND and 10 points will be deducted from the driver's license. With the above penalty level, drivers need to pay close attention to the wrong turn left and wrong U-turn.
