Car speeding:
50E-332.42; 51D-605.67; 51G-899.91.
Motorbike running a red light:
59F2-373.70.
Motorbike speeding:
61G1-944.54.
Decree 168/2024/ND-CP is as follows:
Fine for driving a car exceeding the prescribed speed from 5 km/h to less than 10 km/h: Fine from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND.
The fine for driving a car exceeding the prescribed speed from 10 km/h to 20 km/h: A fine of 4,000,000 VND to 6,000,000 VND; at the same time, the violator will be deducted 2 points from the driver's license.
The fine for driving a car exceeding the prescribed speed from over 20 km/h to 35 km/h: A fine of 6,000,000 VND to 8,000,000 VND; at the same time, the violator will be deducted 4 points from the driver's license.
Fine for driving a car exceeding the prescribed speed by over 35 km/h: A fine of between 12,000,000 VND and 14,000,000 VND; at the same time, the violator will be deducted 6 points from the driver's license.
